Accessing the Product IDMain Menu
The product ID is a 10-digit number used to identify each Lucent INTUITY system.
You must have the product ID when contacting your remote maintenance service
center.
To access the product ID, do the following:
1. Start at the Lucent I
NTUITY Main menu (Figure 3-1).
